Excellent+ condition, both cosmetically and mechanically. No line grooves. The original ebonite handle spins freely. The tensioner on this reel works great. Gear teeth and dual pawls are in great shape with very sharp points. The reel weighs 11. 70 oz. Original ribbed brass reel foot (straight and full length) is 3 1 2"
